The Majority of therapy is conducted through secure Online Therapy sessions- it is done conveniently through your computer or smart phone wherever you are.
We no longer have an office location due to COVID however in-person therapy sessions are offered as “Walk & Talk” therapy which we meet at a public location. Children are able to engage in play therapy sessions as well as others who prefer in-person visits. Generally, it is offered at Mission Trail Regional Park (east of Mission Valley).
